Felix combines a background in Architectural Engineering with over a decade of hands-on construction and carpentry experience, plus 15+ years in sales and service, where he's earned multiple awards for customer service excellence. A transplant from the Northeast, Felix is fluent in English and Spanish and has a genuine eye for design, building much of his own home's furniture by hand.

Outside of work, baseball was his first love, and today he stays active with golf, tennis, hiking, and disc golf — a sport he's spent the last 8 years filming professionally, with work featured on ESPN and CBS Sports. Whether at work or on the road (he's visited over 40 states), Felix is happiest connecting with people and bringing creative ideas to life.
